One of the most important parts of learning CCT is knowing WHEN to do a CCT session, either on yourself, which you learn how to do when you take either the Transformative Self-Healing, or Discovering the Map of Transformation classes, or with a teacher or practitioner, such as myself.  Here is a quick list of things that can help you understand if doing or scheduling a session is right for you…

  • If I notice that I have a negative emotion about someone or something, I do a session.
  • If things just don’t seem to be flowing in my life, I do a session.
  • If my physical body hurts, is sore, or is in pain, I do a session.
  • If I want to accomplish something, I do a session.
  • If I have a painful memory that keeps bothering me, I do a session.
  • If I see someone who is suffering in some way, and I offer them a session, and they don’t take me up on it, I do a session (on myself).
  • If I see an atrocity or negative event in the world, I do a session.
  • If I’m looking for a change in my life, I do a session.
