The electromagnetic spectrum of energy (which is what Reiki energy works with) works with the Central Nervous System in the body. Reiki energy is channeled through a Reiki Practitioner or Master, and is given to the recipient, who’s electromagnetic energy body assimilates it. I, myself, am a Reiki Master, and always enjoy a good Reiki Healing Session. Reiki is how I started my journey in energy practice a decade ago, and I have both experienced as a ‘giver’ and ‘receiver’ lots of Reiki energy.
When a paramedic or doctor uses a defibrillator to shock the nervous system and heart, the system is ‘reset’. But when a bolt of lightening hits an electrical transistor and it explodes and becomes fried. Similarly, the electromagnetic system of the body can be overloaded become ‘blown out’ too. The nervous system of the body (which makes up .5% of the bodies’ mass) can only handle so much energy healing before becoming overwhelmed. In addition, the condition of the practitioner is extremely important, as the energy flowing through the practitioner picks up and carries with it the energy of that practitioner. As a result, the person receiving the Reiki session may only be able to receive so much before they are ‘full’.
Lastly, this system of energy does not work with energetic transformation (see below for a brief description). I have found that energetic transformation, which has 3 stages to it, is of the utmost importance when practicing energy work (including Reiki).
The Crystalline System of the body is made up of your water element (70-80% of your body), your connective tissue, and your mineral salts, so it has a much greater ability to handle a tremendous amount of energy than the electromagetic system (like the difference between the above mentioned electric wires/transistors versus the much more powerful fiber-optic cable alternative). Working with CCT ensures that you’re working with a system that is better equiped to handle a tremendous amount of energy.
Another major difference between Reiki and CCT is that instead of a Reiki Practitioner or Master bringing that energy in for you, the energy healing arises from within you (from the inside out), using what are called the 3 Phases of Transformation.
The 3 Phases of Transformation in CCT are: Opening, Healing Chambers, and Mastery. In Opening, you connect with the next higher level of healing possible to you at that time. This ensures that you’re not staying at the same level as you are prior to the session. The Healing Chambers use Sacred Geometry (the building blocks of all life), infused with Crystalline Consciousness energy, to release energetic distortions that exist. It creates a neutral field of energy, instead of a field of energy that holds the distortion. Then, a spoken intention is anchored in. This is my favorite part of a session. When you speak an intention at this point in a CCT session, your whole body shifts to bring it in. Recipients typically feel a tremendous amount of ‘change’ within them during this time. Lastly, Mastery is when the ‘new normal’ is ‘saved’ in the receivers core esssence, so that old patterns don’t resurface anymore. This is an important step in the healing process.
There is not a transferrence of energy in a CCT session, like there is in a Reiki session. The entire CCT session happens because the 3 phases shift internally within the receiver, without going through or affected by the giver (the CCT Practitioner or Teacher). It all happens in the receivers timing, and to the degree that the receiver is able to receive the transformation, because you are fully in the driver’s seat of your own transformation. This ensures that there is never an ‘overload’ happening, nor is there an exchange of energy between practitioner and receiver.
This is a very in-depth subject that takes some time to fully grasp. CCT is primarily an experience-based healing modality, meaning that your ability to understand how it works will mostly come from experiencing it, along with understanding the core concepts. I always find that people really begin to ‘get it’ when they receive a CCT session, and/or take a class.
